Will it work for me?

Sensi thermostats are designed to work on most heating and cooling systems

Check your wires

To view the wires connected to your existing thermostat, first remove the thermostat cover from the baseplate. It should easily snap off. If you see two different sets of labels for each wire, only enter the labels that Snap Off correspond to your system type (Heat Pump or Conventional) as indicated on the thermostat backplate. When all of your existing wires have been entered, select “Check compatibility” for results.

Wire nuts or heavy wires connected to your existing thermostat? Sensi is not compatible.

Not sure what wires you have?

***Sensi thermostats can control a Heat Pump with a Gas Furnace system without any outdoor sensors or additional equipment. A fossil fuel kit may be added if user selectable balance point settings are desired.

The Sensi Wi-Fi and Touch Wi-Fi Thermostats are compatible with but do not use or control home humidifiers or dehumidifiers or remote sensors.
